[cobalt-security] IPCHAINS configure question

Does anyone know of a good "step-by-step" tut on getting ipchains setup,
specific to a RaQ3?

I'm sure we can figure it out eventually but time is always of the essence
and it would be nice to have this one dialed quickly..

If anyone has one and is insecure about posting the config instructions
publically.. pleae email me off list.
