This problem surfaced after installation of
RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-10108.pkg.
When I FTP into my main site, using admin with proper password,
permission is denied for uploads into /web.
I can upload anywhere under /web and can create files via telnet.
WS_FTP works properly in other sites. Permissions and ownership
seem correct.
If I "touch" a file first, then I can upload.
Any hints/similar experience ?
How to uninstall the patch to confirm that it is the source of the
problem?
