it's not cron. this problem was introduced in an very old update, causing
site usage stats to stop working (i guess the problem is in split_logs).
i've been in contact with cobalt support for a long time, with both nl and
usa, and they got to fix it on our servers. there is a pkg that corrected
this problem for us:
ftp://ftp.nl.cobalt.com/pub/beta/RaQ3-All-Security-4.0.2-4-9769.pkg
as you notice this is still beta; we're still waiting for an official
release. but it worked for us, so maybe it would work for you, too.
