Hmm.
I installed the three most recent patches (waited a sufficient time to
make sure nothing would break) and now, strangely enough, my lcap
isn't emailing me every ten minutes. The startup line is still in
rc.local.
I had already installed the kernel update, the ones I did just
yesterday were the VIM Control Codes, backup.cgi update, and the
proftpd update.
