The different of that was.
771 = The owner of the file have permission to Read Write and
Execute.
The users have permission to Read Write and Execute.
But public permission was just for Execute.
775 = The owner of the file have permission to Read Write and
Execute.
The users have permission to Read Write and Execute.
But public permission is to Read and Execute.
