We run a similar network and use the netgear RT314 (identical to Zyxels
product), which is a router and firewall hardware solution. Its configurable
with Internet Explorer and VERY easy to setup. I can recomend this product
as its not expensive either and doesnt need a Linux Admin to run ;)

If you are looking for a simple and inexpensive solution, I recommend the
Linksys Router/Firewall product. It works great with a small network. If you
need a high-end solution, you should check out Firewall-1.
