Check out Webmin (www.webmin.com). It has pretty advanced browser based 
administration options, not only for Samba, but for almost all important 
server services.

It runs fine on RaQ's and if you have Net::SSLeay installed it also runs 
through an SSL interface.

To install Net::SSLeay use the following command as root:

perl -MCPAN -e 'install "Net::SSLeay"'

(be sure to follow the on-screen configuration options if you access CPAN 
this way for the first time)

And yes, Webmin can also convert Linux users to Samba users and you can grant 
individual users limited access to certain functions.
