[cobalt-security] OpenSSH on Raq2 help

I installed the MIPS-OpenSSH-2.9p2.pkg on my RAQ2, but don't know what to do
now.  Do I have to configure it to a domain or for each domain?  Where can I
get documentation for this thing?

I disabled telnet and tried connecting with 2 separate clients but both were
disabled.  

Any help would be appreciated,
