Personally I would set up a static IP address, as you will need to set up NAT so that people can actually see your web pages. I don't think that this will mees up frontpage, unless you put in non-relative links or don't use a domain name. Certanily, I think that any decently written program (does frontpage come into this category?) should be able to cope with what effectively is port forwarding.
