1. you need to use a paper clip on the front panel of the Raq box to reset 
your password .....(located between the LCD screen and the LCD arrow 
buttons) The LCD screen displays
Resetting admin password....

2.Release the button

3. In your web browser type:
Http://ServerIPaddress/admin or
Http://Domain.com/admin

4. If a prompt appears asking for a user name or password , Enter admin as 
the User name .... DO NOT enter a password .... click OK

5. As soon as you are in .... go to admin settings and assign your new admin 
password.

You should try a different host if they charge that much!!
Have had the same problem with the / partition filled up.
