I'm sure they do. They've created a box in which they've carefully weighted ease-of-use against security, and they've come up with a box that's certainly not as secure as some of us would like. Some of us have created patches to secure Cobalt RaQs even better than the default configuration. We have a security package available for Cobalt RaQs as do some other people that frequent this and other lists. For more information you should write me offlist.
