I do not know of a way to do it with several domains, as each one would need
to have its own SSL cert.  You should consider asking your customers to use
your address for spop3 (and possibly give them the option to continue using
unsecure pop3 with their own domain names).

As per the pop before smtp, mine works fine, have you tried disabling it and
enabling again just in case?
