I have a RAQ3 and after applying newest apache patch, sites are not serving and cannot access GUI. I do not have php or chilisoft as I see mentioned in other post. When i restart web server this is the error i get... Site 12 has invalid certificate: 4999 Certificate files do not exist. fopen: permission denied httpd: could not open error log file /var/log/httpd/error. /usr/sbin/httpd
