We've got a RAQ3 that rebooted and hung. We rebooted it again and when it came up, we were not able to log into the admin account through SSH nor through the admin GUI. We got an access denied error.
We logged in using SSH as root (no flames please :) ), did a passwd admin with a password and tried to login again using SSH into the admin account. Same behavior as before, access denied. So we have two questions: 1) What could have changed as a result of the reboot/hang/reboot that disabled the admin account? 2)Any suggestions on what to change to get the admin account to be login'able.
