If you still haven't figured it out. Here are my
suggestions
1. You might want to try turning off SSL as part of
your configuration on Outlook Express.
You can find this option selected on
at:
Tools>Accounts>[Your
Account]>Advanced
Chances are your server is not configured over to
allow SSL over POP3.
2. You might also want to check to see if APOP is
enabled on the server. APOP will not work with Outlook Express.
