[cobalt-security] SPAM sent to manager@

I am now receiving spam addressed to manager@.  This mail ends up in the admin mailbox.  Since manager is not a normal user account and the spam comes from constantly changing bogus return addresses, I have no idea how to block this mail.  Is this a problem that others have and if so is there a suggested solution?   Lanny Gorr
