Thanks Michael I have checked again, and I have got every single patch applied since the cumulative OS update 2.0, in fact I only noticed last night when applying the latest patch.
Regards Mark -- Hi Mark, Most likely you are missing a ton of patches on that RaQ4. Since OS Update 2.0 and/or DNS Update 2.0.1 there should be a user named and bind should run as user named.
