I ended up installed pkgmaster's patch the other day, Everything seems to be working for me. Is there an issue out there for the RaQ3 patch by pkgmaster? I tried doing a telnet like someone suggested, but got nothing.

I thought my RAQ3 was working fine after the pkgmaster.com pkg but then realised some domains (those without backup mail servers elsewhere) were not receiving email. A reboot cured it for me, now all is working. This is also being discussed on cobalt-users list, but I rebooted before realising that.
