[cobalt-security] Replacing Hard Drive

Hi All, 

I have purchased a new hdd for my Raq2. I would like to do a OS Restore on 
it. I have done the standard way a restore is done but, after it shows 
Verifying release_spec, it states Starting Up . . . .  then, it stalls there 
and, never continues. Am i missing something somewhere?
