We have switched all of our Thawte Certs to Comodo Group (Geo) certs. We found that you had to do a server reboot before the brower would actually detect the new Certs. Don't know why but that works. We manually back up the certs, request, and keys just to be safe and then use the Admin panel to generate the new request for the Comodo Group certs and then reboot after the new cert is ready. The good thing about this is that you have to generate a new request to get the new Cert and you want the Browsers to see the old cert until the process is completed. Once the cert is issued and you insert it, a reboot will "make it live" and the browsers will now see the new one. Hope this was of some value.
