Before you run LCP Don't get locked out!
ipchains, if you don't already know is very powerful.
Rebooting the box clears user chains.
Thats why lcp has a backup to reload the blocked routes.
It can be added to the startup .rc file but i would not.
Note make sure you add your ip address to the ignore file.

To do this at the root command line
perl /root/lcp/lcp.pl add-ig 123.123.123.123
by typing
perl /root/lcp/lcp.pl
you get the command line options. to remove, add, save, and view.
If you want to block mail connections from defined e mail addresses
use the cobalt control panel email GUI part. It then is flagged as SPAM. eg.
`Mail rejected due to possible SPAM' in the maillog. Note again
this is very powerful and can block mail from whole countries. eg.
`com.uk'. or mail servers `aol.com'. Note these are tested [stock] without
spamassasin and such. Just free stuff...
cobalt control panel > email > `Reject the following Users/Hosts/Domains'
