No worries. cracklib-dict is a dictionary with easily guessable passwords and 
is kinda standard on any Linux system. When a user is created with an easily 
guessable password (one listed in the cracklib dictionary) or a password too 
short, then the command useradd complains about that password. 

The RaQs and Qubes have Cracklib-2.7 installed. The documentation can be found
