Our RAQ 550 is causing a LOT of trouble, it seems to be constantly overloaded. The "top" command in SSH does not show much, however many times a day the FTP access times out for users, people cannot get their mail because the connection closes or times out, Web access crawls to a halt, etc. We also receive alerts such as "CPU moderatly used"... I kind of suspect a few users who have installed open-source forums and BBS, or use MySQL way too much.
Is there a tool or method I could use to find if someone, and whom, is taking up all the resources and preventing normal access for others ?
