When replacing the battery, or removing for '10 secs'
You should then do a CMOS restore.
  Power up with 'E' button held down,
  wait for LCD "CMOS restored"
Also, looks like the server has an older ROM version installed.
Consider reflashing to something like 2.3.38 (be careful)
