I'm not saying I've seen it or that I don't believe you but this guy is selling a raq4 with centos/bq installed on ebay! That's how I found this link:http://www.osoffice.co.uk/strongbolt_server_appliances.html
So unless this guy is trying a little scam where he is actually just selling a standard raq4 with raq550os and hoping nobody ever checks if its got centos on it (Bit of a risk) OR he might actually have found away to do it. I understand that I can buy a great server etc, etc, etc and get all the right bits on it and live a life of luxury in my air-conditioned server room and my summer house on a desert island in the middle of the Mediterranean but sometimes in life there are some people that have investors that like to work to budgets.
Thanks
Jason

Sorry but you can not install centos BQ on old cobalt hardware
All you old RAQ you can update the software
Cobalt RaQ4 Softwareor
Server set up takes only minutes like old cobalt servers.Flat learning curve: If you are already familiar with running a Sun Cobalt server appliance (especially an XTR or RaQ550), then you have very few new tricks to learn. The CentOS + BlueQuartz Server Appliance's GUI is almost identical to that of a RaQ550 and neither neither your web hosting customers, nor you yourself have to adapt much.Sites, users, mailing lists and settings can directly be imported with the built in CMU from any Cobalt RaQ. So this is an inexpensive way to trade the aging Cobalt RaQs against much more modern hard- and software, while retaining the well known functionality and GUI interface.
