Oh so it isnt just me then.......! This is good http://www.kgsoft.com/products/iprange2cidr/ If you put in an IP range from something like Neotrace it breaks it down into nice little chunks for insertion onto the deny file - seriously easier than trying to install and run the perl CIDR module by hand! Doesn't a proper list exist somewhere that you can get every allocated IP address block of these places from. Personally I'd block everywhere apart from Europe, Australia and North America given the chance. I doubt any of my customers would notice the difference. Hmmmm..... If I had a list of IP blocks and a list of countries I could rattle up a PHP/MySQL script where it could give a cut and paste directly into the deny file.
