Wouldn't it be redundant to put the same controls already in Mailman's GUI in the server's GUI? To me that would be like asking for something that is exactly like phpMyAdmin to be built into the GUI.

Build the ability to create/remove the Mailman lists but use the existing Mailman GUI to admin the lists once they're up. Just a thought.
