I have deployed cobbler in five locations. Each location has two to
ten distros, twice that number of profiles (one interactive, one "site defaults"
for each distro), no systems, and no repos.
We are using the menu system to select the desired install profile at
PXE-boot time.

Clients installed through cobbler range from two at one site to in excess of
90 at another. Between the five sites, probably in the area of 150 computers
total.

One at each of five customer sites.

We are a outsourced systems administration service company. Our customers
are mostly ASIC design or software companies.

We don't currently.

Yum if the distribution permits it.

Nagios, munin, cacti.

VMware -- cobbler is used yes, mostly as a test platform for new
profile deployments or to perform the initial installation of a
reference VM (which would get cloned or copied when distribution was
necessary). We are looking at VirtualBox but have not done anything
with it thus far.
