Subject: serializer_shelve going away, if you are using it, read

With the new serializer_catalog module working out so well, I decided to
test serializer_shelve to see if it actually still works.

It appears it does not, so I am removing it.

This is the experimental bsddb based module intended to get better
performance with very large amounts of cobbler systems (1000s+), which I
was never really sure if it was free from bsddb file corruption anyway.
I don't believe anyone is actively using it.

This will leave us with serializer_catalog as the default format for
1.2, with serializer_yaml remaining supported until 2.x or so. Since
switching to serializer_catalog will upgrade your config from
serializer_yaml automatically, I think that seems reasonable.

serializer_catalog seems quite capable of 1000+ installs with no sweat,
and that still does not prohibit work on SQL based options for those
that find those interesting. Someone I know was playing with a MySQL
version earlier.
