The Wiki page linked below has the list of things that are new in 1.1/1.2 thus far. We'll have a test release of 1.1 in about a week and plan on releasing 1.2 in a nother week or so after that, depending on testing.
I've mentioned most of the changes here, though here's a list of everything that has changed. It's relatively long once again, this time concentrating more on various RFEs and fixes as opposed to any major specific themes.
