Ah...I experimented with "cobbler import" but since I am already using 
mrepo I did not have the need for it.

Hrmm...I am still using v1.0.3...I'm way behind the times! Time to 
upgrade... :-)

This would be the read-only listener (tcp/25151), correct?

That's perfect; we use ssh for a number of tasks similar to this 
already. Is it possible to specify a key to use? We like to lock down a 
key to a specific command, host, etc.

I still have some questions regarding cobbler's architecture, but this 
gives me a better understanding. Thanks!
