I updated this a bit to talk about using Cobbler to mirror the packages 
Func needs. This is already discussed at
https://fedorahosted.org/cobbler/wiki/ManageYumRepos but I figured it 
might be non-obvious that Func wasn't in the core
for Fedora and/or EL.
