Good deal. I've applied this to devel and will do some testing shortly just to ensure our other imports remain happy (actually, I intend to write some better automated tests for imports). I believe folks have said they have gotten cobbler to do Debian with preseeds before, so if they have instructions, details would probably be helpful. I think instructions that include setting up repos to mirror are probably ok, we can tell folks import + repo mirroring is required and that should be ok, though one would think repo mirroring off the media ought to be doable for PXE installs.
