This is working presently for me:

http://127.0.0.1/cblr/svc/op/ks/profile/name_goes_here
http://127.0.0.1/cblr/svc/op/ks/system/name_goes_here

Do you have any other tracebacks in /var/log/cobbler/cobbler.log that 
provide more info? I think you shared something earlier on IRC about 
find being called with no arguments.

You might also see something that provides more info if you do:

cobbler profile getks --name=foo
cobbler system getks --name=foo

That may help us track things down quicker.
