What is the use case here?
For backup purposes, the directories you care about are:
/var/lib/cobbler
/etc/cobbler
/var/www/cobbler
(I need to make a Wiki page on this)
For cloning servers, the answer is "cobbler replicate".

If you want to replicate just specific records between servers, we can't
do that yet, but if you are careful you can just scp specific files from
/var/lib/cobbler/config. If you miss dependencies on other config
files files or data that is not on the other server though, you'll wish
you used cobbler replicate.
