The YAML changes in 1.4.3 should already address this, but just for completeness do email me (off list) any tracebacks you have in /var/log/cobbler/*.log or have seen while using the web app. I think it's just a case of the YAML library being fed such a set of input that it gets highly confused, so we changed the YAML module to a better maintained one. Again, though, all tracebacks, logs welcome.
