Attached are two patches. The first adds 'get_ks_snippets' to cobbler/utils.py. This just traverses /var/lib/cobbler/snippets and returns non-hidden files. Note that it deliberately does not traverse hidden directories.
The second adds the API call read_or_write_ks_snippet. It is based on read_or_write_kickstart_templates. Please don't laugh to loud, this is my first attempt at python.
