It is unlikely, you can add "-vvv" to your TFTP server args in xinetd 
and make sure the memdisk image
is being downloaded by the client.  Logs go to /var/log/messages when 
you do that.

Yeah, I don't know here.   You might wish to take this up with whoever 
supports UltraPro?


It may be hanging after the image is served because the ultrapro image 
is doing something evil that requires
some special  server/application on the other end?   No idea.
