EPEL-testing preferably. While the label is called "testing", what this really means is that it's the latest that is available, while EPEL is a monthly snapshot... in practice this snapshot isn't really any more useful, and there's no less QA applied,, so using "testing" ensures you have the latest that I've released (I'm the Fedora and EPEL maintainer for Cobbler as well as the author). You will need to configure yum to consume both EPEL and EPEL testing to get the latest.
