This seems to be the case. We should look in both places.

Please file a bug in Trac: http://fedorahosted.org/cobbler (log in, and 
hit "new ticket") so we don't forget about this one.

You will first need a Fedora account, instructions for getting one are 
on the bottom of that first page.
