Unsure of what could be causing this, but let's see what we can figure out.

Are you PXE'ing this system?

Also, if you can join IRC (#cobbler) that's usually a bit faster than 
debug-over-email.

Seems like Anaconda exploded while reading the kickstart, from googling 
for the exception message.

It's probably not a Cobbler item but we can at least follow up to make 
doubly sure.
