Replicate must work over the API to ensure various safeguards are in
place. If you are blindly copying over the cobbler definitions, you
might as well /not/ use replicate because you're doing it all yourself.
Try it out. Maybe you can explain why it's necessary.
What you are doing is dangerous because it doesn't do any error
checking. You should not manipulate Cobbler state directories directly.
