We have two 'sets' of repos, one set with names ending in '-deployed' 
and the other named normally.  The deployed repos have the 'keep 
updated' flag set to false and have their mirrors pointed to 
/var/www/cobbler/repo_mirror/<associated repo>.  Then, we have a weekly 
cron job that explicitly syncs the deployed repos with the staging repos 
and then runs 'cobbler reposync' normally.
