Something does indeed seem wrong with the paging navigation not showing
up. Filters still seem to work, but paging doesn't show up in the UI ...
it could be that it is there, but just not being displayed due to
layout. TBD.

This is fixed for 2.0.1, no need for the Trac now if not opened up
yet... didn't see it when looking through the queue.
