thats good to know as i had been holding back having a master and
various slaves as i also have a mix of RHEL 4 and 5 and i thought the
non json of RHEL 4 would cause me issues.
Yeah, it does not play a role. That's just related to saving state files
to disk, not remote communications, which are abstracted
away from that.
right now i operate all boxes on their own and just centrally manage the
kickstarts and the snippets
