Hello all.

It seems as if something has changed in cobbler or the livecd-tools that I did
not notice until recently.

Long story short, I use "cobbler buildiso" to generate boot images to provision
servers.

I used to be able to "livecd-iso-to-disk" to then put those images on USB
sticks to keep everything portable and not waste CDs.

However, I recently tried making a new image which now defaults to
"generated.iso" instead of "kickstart.iso", in case that gives you an idea of
how long ago I made a new image.

When I now use "livecd-iso-to-disk" to put that in my USB stick, I now get
errors and the stick will not boot:

"~/generated.iso: Could not get pvd data
Unable to read the disc checksum from the primary volume descriptor.
This probably means the disc was created without adding the checksum. Are you
SURE you want to continue?"

I have tried several different combinations on different sticks of different
sizes, including using "dd", but I cannot get a bootable stick.

Does anyone else have this problem? What steps do I need to get the sticks
booting again?

Thanks,
Dave
