My understanding was that with f10 the domU component was implemented within
the paravirt-opts interface in the mainline kernel, but that the dom0 had
been abandoned.  As far as I know you should still be able to run f13 guests
on a rhel5 hypervisor.  But of course, I don't use xen, I am a kvm man.
