Thanks, Applied and fixed the issue where duplicate keys exist.
This would be common where you have hardware that has out of band management interface e.g. ilo, drac etc... and you want multiple console options offered. <snip> The console parameter can be given repeatedly, but the parameter can only be given once for each console technology. So console=tty0 console=lp0 console=ttyS0 is acceptable but console=ttyS0 console=ttyS1 will not work. </snip> Blacklisting modules would be another common example where this would happen.
