The management interface boolean is used by buildiso to decide what
nic is the ksdevice/netdevice (they are added as kopts), instead of
making guesses it's now up to the user to define the interface to use
for installing.

It can also be used for other stuff in your
kickstarts/autoyast/preseed files, e.g. for setting up a firewall
policy for management traffic (ssh/puppet/snmp/etc).
