Perhaps not very helpful, but I'm seeing the exact same thing on my RHEL
6.2 system (x86_64) after performing the same update.
# rpm -q cobbler cobbler-web
cobbler-2.2.1-1.el6.noarch
cobbler-web-2.2.1-1.el6.noarch
There have been some changes in the configuration files.
Look for .rpmnew files in /etc/cobbler and diff them to the old one.
The same applies to /etc/httpd/conf.d/cobbler.conf
